Wayne crash injures three
Published 4:34pm Sunday, February 5, 2012A crash Friday at the intersection of Glenwood Road and Dewey Lake Street injured three people, Cass County Sheriff Joseph M. Underwood Jr. reports.
Tomas Earl Jimenez, 23, of Decatur, was traveling west on Dewey Lake when he failed to stop at the stop sign and struck a northbound vehicle driven by Ashley Marie Clark, 21, of Decatur.
Also in the Jimenez vehicle was Tiffanikay Elizabeth Stacks, 20, of Dowagiac.
All three were transported to Borgess-Lee Memorial Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Pride Care Ambulance and Wayne Township Fire assisted deputies at the scene.
Seatbelts were worn. Alcohol was not a factor, deputies said.
